Each word can carry a line of a letter, revealed only when they get it — and a photo, if you want one. Or skip the letter and let the words be the whole message.
They play it on their phone. Unlimited guesses, so nobody loses. At the end they can save the whole thing as an image.

A paid letter can carry photographs too — one under any line, and one to end on. Each appears the moment the word above it is guessed.
